What kind of services do you offer?

Educational consulting, parent coaching, teacher mentoring, and youth mentoring — plus hands-on workshops like circus arts, woodworking, and leathercraft. Professional support is led by Nadia; making and movement workshops are led by other family members.

How do I book a service?

Open the service card on the Services page and tap 'Request to book.' Share a little about what you need and how you'd like to meet (online or in person). We'll reply personally to find a time and shape the work to you.

Do you work online, in person, or both?

Both. Many coaching and mentoring sessions happen online so we can work with families and educators anywhere. Workshops and some consulting are in person where geography allows.

What happens after I reach out?

We read every message ourselves and reply within about 1 to 2 days. For service inquiries we'll usually suggest a short introductory conversation to make sure we're a good fit before anything is confirmed.

How does pricing work?

Each service lists its price and whether it's per session, per hour, or sliding scale. For consulting and longer engagements we'll agree scope and cost together before starting. We're happy to discuss what's workable for your situation.

Is coaching or mentoring confidential?

Yes. What you share in coaching or mentoring stays between us. We only discuss details when you ask us to, for example when coordinating with a school.

Why is there no checkout?

Each piece is made by hand in small batches, so we work by request rather than a cart. You tell us which piece you'd like and where you are; we confirm it's available, then send you an invoice to approve before any payment.

How long until I receive my piece?

If a piece is finished, we arrange delivery or shipping within a few days. If it's made-to-order, we'll give you an estimated timeframe in our reply — usually one to a few weeks depending on the piece.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. For orders further afield we follow up personally to confirm shipping availability, cost, and estimated timing before any payment is taken. Nothing is charged until you approve the invoice.

Can I customize a piece?

Often, yes — especially leatherwork. Use the request form to describe what you'd like (color, hardware, size, inscription) and we'll let you know what's possible.

Are the pieces one of a kind?

They're one of a few, not one of thousands. We make in small batches, so each piece carries the small variations of being made by hand.

What if my piece arrives damaged or isn't right?

Tell us. We pack carefully, but if something goes wrong in transit or you're not happy, reach out and we'll make it right.

Who is behind this?

All of us. We're a family learning and moving through the world together. Nadia and Min Zaw hold the educational philosophy, and the children are active participants — responsible for their own learning and choices.

Where are you based?

We offer local hand-delivery and pickup for nearby orders, and ship internationally for everything else. When you request a piece, the location you share helps us route it the right way.
